EU finanziert die Erforschung der Totalüberwachung
Mit dem INDECT-Projekt erforscht die EU, wie man alle Überwachungsmöglichkeiten wie Videoüberwachung, Internetverkehr etc. zusammenschalten kann, so dass eine Totalüberwachung aller Bürger zu jedem Zeitpunkt besteht. Aus der Projektbeschreibung:
The main objectives of the INDECT project are:
to develop a platform for: the registration and exchange of operational data, acquisition of multimedia content, intelligent processing of all information and automatic detection of threats and recognition of abnormal behaviour or violence
Ian Johnston schreibt im Telegraph:
